Cabinet access
The Tracehub cabinet is in early access: anyone can explore the product on demo data, while your own app is connected after a contract is signed. The order: sign up → demo organization → email us and sign the contract → your own organization and app.
Step 1. Sign up
Section titled “Step 1. Sign up”Open the sign-up page and enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters. We will send an email to confirm the address: follow the link in it and press Confirm address.
Step 2. Demo organization
Section titled “Step 2. Demo organization”Press Continue — the “Tracehub Demo” organization opens. It is already in your list of organizations, marked “Demo” next to its name. It contains three demo apps: “Avrora Market” (iOS and Android), “GymBuddy” (Android) and “Tracehub Daily” (iOS; by its story it launched in late July 2026). Each has sources, campaigns, installs, events, revenue and cost. Data covers the last 90 days; every night the previous day is added, so the demo always runs up to yesterday.
Worth a look: the app dashboard, reports by source and campaign, retention cohorts and the “Fraud” section.
The demo organization is read-only and its data is synthetic. You cannot change attribution settings, connect a source, save a report or export data there. The demo organization stays in your list after you connect your own app.
Step 3. Email us and sign the contract
Section titled “Step 3. Email us and sign the contract”Access to organization creation is opened after a contract is signed. Email hello@tracehub.ru with:
- the email your account is registered with — access is granted to that account;
- the app name and platforms: iOS, Android, Web;
- the ad accounts you plan to connect.
We will reply by email and discuss the terms. Once the contract is signed, we enable organization creation for your account.
Step 4. Organization and app
Section titled “Step 4. Organization and app”After the contract is signed, the organization switcher in the cabinet header gets a Create organization item, and Settings → My organizations gets a Create button. Enter a name and an address — a short Latin name (a–z, 0–9, hyphen) that becomes part of the organization’s link. You become the organization owner and can invite your team.
Then follow the Quick start: add the app, install the SDK, create a tracking link and get your first attributed install.
